This saddle pad has an ingenious design, consisting of two air cells filled with foam (like a camping mattress)  and two pockets for shims, to help any saddle fit your horse perfectly.  The pad itself is made of medical felt which is extremely breathable and non-alergenic.  Also, medical felt does not harbor bacteria.  The felt is covered with a rubber weave surface to create a non-slip surface for your saddle and for the horse.  The rubber does not irritate the horse's skin, rather  gives the horse a mild massage as you are riding!  For a lot more detailed information, click the Theraflex Saddle Pad title.

This is heavy duty, stretch resistant latigo leather that will not rub or irritate your horse's sides like nylon.  It already has the holes, so it can be tied or used with the post of a cinch.  Technically, for the comfort of your horse, all the parts touching your horse should be as natural as possible, so when in doubt, leather, wool, or felt is far superior to any sort of man made material.  Also, your saddle should have two of these, verses an off billet.  Off billets are much less safe because the leather always wears in the same place, and they use only one layer of leather.  Where as a latigo will distribute the pressure evenly over all of the wraps between the saddle and the girth, and there are atleast two layers of leather holding the saddle.

This rear cinch is lined with latigo leather, which is completely stretch resistant.  It can be dyed any color to match your saddle.  Wearing a back cinch makes your saddle more stable from front to back, and from side to side.  This rear cinch has a very short cinch hobble that will place it in the correct position over your horse's rib cage instead of behind it on the soft part of the stomach.  Billets, also lined with latigo, are included in the price.

100% Full grain high quality leather is used to make these chaps.  Your measurements are taken, but these chaps have a special feature for up to an 1" of expansion on the legs, and up to 6 inches of expansion on the belt.  So if you wear more layers in winter, or heavier boots, you will still be able to wear these chaps!
